John S. McDonnell is a founding partner of the firm. As an insightful litigator he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous jury and non-jury trials in State and Federal Courts in New York, including attorneys, property owners and national companies as well as traumatically injured individuals and has successfully appealed decisions adverse to his clients’ interests. As a general practitioner he has represented individuals and entities in real estate and commercial transactions. John received his Master’s Degree (by thesis) in English from the University of Florida and his Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from University College Dublin, with majors in English and Philosophy. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association Real Property and Ethics Committees and the New York State Bar Association.
Brian J. Daly is a founding partner with over thirty years of experience in general civil litigation, real estate practice and commercial transactions. He is a specialist in legal malpractice defense and general civil liability actions, in which he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Brian is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Mercy College. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1980, and was admitted to the New York Bar later that year. A former Commissioner of Rye Town Park, Brian is also a member of the Bronx and New York Bar Associations.
